Join RAMSA, CetraRuddy, and Lendlease for a tour of the recently completed Claremont Hall. This 41-story mixed-use residential tower is uniquely situated within the Union Theological Seminary, a full-block Gothic Revival campus on the northern edge of Morningside Heights in Upper Manhattan. The building’s design draws from the rich architectural details of the surrounding campus and includes condominium residences as well as new academic classrooms and faculty housing for the seminary. A highlight of the interior is the restored indoor pool, originally the campus refectory, now featuring soaring Gothic ceilings, original chandeliers, and exposed beams.

A portion of this tour will take place outdoors. Participants should dress for the weather.

Children are welcome accompanied by an adult. All participants, including children, must have a ticket.
