Step inside The Willow, Naftali Group’s newest luxury boutique tower, designed by award-winning COOKFOX Architects with interiors and amenities by the world-renowned Rockwell Group. This 19-story building will offer 69 finely crafted residences and a suite of club-like amenities. Select residences, including the exclusive collection of penthouses, will feature expansive private loggias and terraces that provide seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Currently under construction, The Willow invites OHNY Weekend visitors to experience a behind-the-scenes look at the development of a luxury residential project. Guests will preview select spaces and view progress on signature design elements, including the hand-laid red brick façade, custom black metalwork, and fully arched windows inspired by Gramercy’s historic architecture. Interiors are steadily progressing, while the arched windows, brick, and metalwork are beginning to take shape along the lower levels.

The Willow will also feature amenities that reinterpret classic Downtown design for contemporary living. These include a private cinema, speakeasy-style lounge known as the Mermaid Room, landscaped courtyard, and The Glamercy Room, a curated music lounge with a recording studio, among others. Notably, the Mermaid Room will showcase a salvaged mermaid medallion discovered on the site’s previous building. Its mysterious origins captured local curiosity and inspired the room’s name and nautical character. Preserved by the project team, the medallion will have a permanent place within this space.

This exclusive OHNY tour offers an early look at the architecture, craftsmanship, and design intent behind one of the city’s most thoughtfully envisioned new residences.
