The Lubalin Center is a repository of over 80,000 objects of graphic design and ephemera spanning 150 years and five continents, and by an array of designers including Paula Scher, Herb Lubalin, Milton Glaser, and many others. OHNY Weekend attendees will get a hands-on presentation of a selection of objects that illustrate the magic that is New York City. Through stories and anecdotes behind the objects you will learn how design shapes and is shaped by the city.
The main meeting space is ADA compliant and within a short distance of the elevators and water-filling stations. The event will be seated.
Attendees must present a state-issued ID at check-in that matches the ticketholder's name. All visitors must be 18+.
