Bike New York
Sunset Park, Brooklyn
Fri, October 17th, 2025
11:00am — 5:00pm
Bike New York empowers New Yorkers to transform their lives and their communities through bicycling. The organization works to increase ridership, empower youth to lead healthy, productive lives, remove barriers to cycling, and advocate for and expand services to reach more New Yorkers.
Best known for hosting the iconic 5Boro Bike Tour—the world’s largest charitable bike ride—Bike New York also operates a vibrant community programming and training space, where they provide hands-on education and support to thousands of New Yorkers each year. Programs include the community bike shop Recycle-A-Bicycle, a workforce development program, and free bike repair classes. This year will see the launch of the newest Intensive Bicycle Repair Course, further expanding opportunities for skill-building and employment. During OHNY Weekend, Bike New York invites the public to step inside and discover the heart of its operations.
