The Starrett-Lehigh Building has served as an anchor of Manhattan's West Side for nearly a hundred years. Originally a railroad freight terminal, the building is now a 2.3 million-square-foot workplace destination, home to influential companies across fashion, entertainment, media, architecture, design, and technology.
On this tour with RXR and STUDIOS Architecture, see Starrett-Lehigh's recently completed transformation from ground to crown, including the redesign of truck elevator bays into flexible amenity spaces, the renovated 20,000-sq. ft. rooftop and 44,000-sq. ft. conference center, and the replacement of eight miles of historic ribbon windows, a distinctive architectural feature of this International Style landmark.
