The Fulton Fish Market Cooperative is a 203-year-old New York City Institution. It is a bustling hidden gem where true New Yorkers buy and sell fish and seafood to customers which include chefs and restaurants, grocery stores, retail fish shops, and more. For the past 20 years, the fish market has been located in the Hunts Point neighborhood in The Bronx, in a 400,000-sq. ft. refrigerated warehouse. On this tour in the early hours of Friday morning, you'll get a sneak peak into the world of seafood sales, learn about procurement of product from port to plate, and get to become a part of the overnight hustle that works to feed New York City.

The tours will be led by Nicole Ackerina, CEO, Lisa Samuels, Special Projects Manager, George Valdes, Senior Operations Manager, and Brian Downes, Head of Security.

Guests must arrive at the site by personal car or rideshare/taxi. Pedestrian access is prohibited. Upon arrival, inform the toll booth attendant that you are attending the Open House New York tour to be directed to drop-off and/or visitor parking.

The tour group will congregate at the toll booth plaza. Guests should plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled tour time.

Guests must wear non-skid, close-toed shoes and should dress warmly. The tour involves passing through narrow spaces, as the group must stay on the pedestrian walkway for the duration of the tour. Pets are not allowed.

Visitors must be 18+
