Baisley Pond Park Residences is a truly unique redevelopment project. The building, which once housed a Hilton hotel, that has been transformed into a 318-unit affordable living residence. SD Builders and Construction LLC managed to create beautiful spacious community areas, a garden sanctuary, and external murals making this a one-of-a-kind place to call home.
The building is wheelchair accessible, but the tour route will include narrow corridors and hallways. Please be respectful of residents while on the tour - Baisley Pond Park is their home. Do not take photographs of people without their permission.
